keep the coconut meat for several days. If you decide to grate it, you can
freeze it for 8 to 10 months.

Description:

stored in single layer. If there is insufficiency is storage space, then the
tubers can be stored in two layers as well. But storing the tubers in a heap
should be avoided.

evergreen tree (Anacardium Occidentale), belonging to the family of

from the Raw Cashew Nut (RCN) after removal of the outer leathery covering which
surrounds it, using different processing methods. The countries producing cashew

Mozambique, Nigeria, Tanzania, Vietnam, Togo, Ghana, Senegal, Madagascar and
Burkina Faso in which India has become top producer, processor and exporter of
cashew in the world market.
Pick and Store:
Raw Cashew Nut in its natural form is a soft, white, meaty
kernel contained within the hard shells of kidney shaped, raw cashew nuts. Raw
cashew nuts shall be the dried and packed in sound, clean and dry jute bags. The
bags shall be securely closed and sealed.
